How do I book a bus ticket on GoroBus?

Enter your source, destination and date, choose a bus, pick your seat and boarding point, add passenger details and pay via UPI, card, net banking or wallet. Your m-ticket is delivered instantly on SMS, WhatsApp and email.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by Razorpay over PCI-DSS certified infrastructure. GoroBus never stores your card number or CVV.

Can I cancel my ticket?

Yes. Cancel from Dashboard → My Bookings. Charges follow our Cancellation Policy and depend on how far in advance you cancel.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are auto-initiated. UPI/wallets take 1–3 days, cards 5–7 days, net banking 3–5 days. See the Refund Policy for details.

What if the operator cancels my trip?

You receive a full refund with no deductions, or you can reschedule for free.

Do I need to carry a printed ticket?

Accepted Answer

No. The m-ticket on SMS, WhatsApp or the GoroBus app is accepted at boarding. Carry a valid photo ID.

Can I change the boarding point?

Boarding point changes are allowed if the operator supports them and depending on the time left before departure.
